Especially if you 'NEVER GET ANGRY' - this is honestly the most dangerous one. Anger exists for a reason and everyone has it, just like fear or joy, if unfelt and un-integrated, it lies in the shadow. And then what? we have outbursts & in-bursts. manifesting in potential violence, abuse or dis-ease, inflammation, contraction, tension within.
If you don't know where your Anger is, it means it in unconscious. In this dance of Spiritual evolution and expanded consciousness. Believe me Anger is on the field too, not just the love & light, angels & unicorns. And it can bring you to a much deeper and more embodied version of freedom & Bliss Oneness.

This is based on my learned & lived experience.
Diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue, Parasites & bacteria infections, MS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Adrenal fatigue, High risk for cancer, chronic back pain, and so many 'minor' mental illness diagnosis it filled half a page of acronyms. Never mind my self diagnosis of broken heart & abandonment. I had abandoned myself. I had packed/surpressed my Anger so deep within, it made me ill. Read my story here.
