From there, each session I will weave together tools and practices most suited to what's alive for you. What you're feeling. What you need. What you desire. What's asking to be met. What is most supportive. What is most potent. What wants to be embodied now.
My entire toolbox of many years of teaching and studying various lineages and traditions is available to you.
Sessions take many forms: talking and reflection, meditation and breathwork, teachings and transmissions, practices and somatic tools, energywork, bodywork, ritual and ceremony.
I teach 90% online—deep transformation doesn't require the same room, just full presence. In-person sessions are available by application only and charged at a premium.
Each session is unique—the practices will always meet you where you are.
Lasting alchemy requires both in-session and real-life application. The time between sessions is where we integrate and strengthen the impact. All programmes have the option of between-session support—check-ins via WhatsApp or signal, personalised recorded practices and relevant self-study workshops or transmissions.
