Each online session can take many forms: talking and reflection, meditation and breath-work, teachings and transmissions, practices and somatic tools, energy-work, body-work, ritual and ceremony.
I teach my 1:1 clients online—deep transformation doesn't require the same room, just full presence. In-person immersions available by enquiry for longer term clients.
Each session is unique—the practices will always meet you where you are.
Lasting alchemy requires both in-session and real-life application. The time between sessions is where we integrate and strengthen the impact. All programmes have the option of between-session support—check-ins via WhatsApp/ telegram, personalised recorded practices and relevant self-study workshops or transmissions.
