My entire toolbox of many years of teaching and studying various lineages and traditions is available to you.
Each 75 min online session can take many forms: talking and reflection, meditation and breath-work, teachings and transmissions, practices and somatic tools, energy-work, body-work, ritual and ceremony.
I teach 90% online—deep transformation doesn't require the same room, just full presence. In-person sessions are only available by application for longer term students.
Each session is unique—the practices will always meet you where you are.
Lasting alchemy requires both in-session and real-life application. The time between sessions is where we integrate and strengthen the impact. All programmes have the option of between-session support—check-ins via WhatsApp/ telegram, personalised recorded practices and relevant self-study workshops or transmissions.
