"I feel more of myself - more of the time and it feels so gooood" - a quote from a client recently that really sums up working with me feels like.

How it feels...
Together we set up an agreed upon alchemical field — a container of structured time and space for you to feel safe, supported & inspired to dissolve, unblock, up-level, upgrade & expand.
The process is anchored into 3 Pillars - Truth. Power. Pleasure.
Firstly we decode and recode - anchoring you into your True Truth.
- From trauma to Truth - What patterns/beliefs are in the way?
- What is it that you long for, desire, crave in your Life to feel truly Heart, Soul, body, mind fulfilled?
Then we unlock your Pure Power -
- Do you feel safe to express yourself fully - are you comfortable to be all of who you are?
- Where do you source your Power from? What is your purpose and passion?
- Where is your aliveness & vitality, creativity not fully online?
Ultimately, we rewire Pleasure & joy as a healthy operating system for your body.
The work is WHOLE-istic—body, mind, emotions, soul, source.
ALL of you is welcome here.
The good, the bad, the ugly, the stressed, the gritty, the crunchy, the embarrassed, the beauty, the richness, the power, the joy. The Divine. All of Your Human. All of your Spirit.
We will draw on practices and tools that expand your capacity to hold more life energy(Eros) with a fully resourced nervous system - to expand into your full potential, live your Purpose & a life of delight.
Clear. Empowered. Inspired.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
"Your energy is amazing! Thank you for taking me closer to my depth and helping me to remember" - Lola
Alex, Friday’s session was incredibly powerful. You activated a deep part of me that had been dormant for so long, a part that was waiting to erupt and emerge!
With every session I feel more alive! How blessed! I am grateful to know you, to experience you, and to love you. Your Magick, Your Power & Your Grace! Looking forward to many more journeys of discovery together. Have a beautiful Sunday! - Bella
I came to Alex not knowing what to expect, but knowing I needed help. With her loving guidance I discovered my own strength, boundaries and clarity – all within the safe space she held, where all of me was welcome, where all of me could be vulnerable. She is a life coach that meets you where you are, not where you think you are. Her intuitive way of work combines her vast experience across many fields and provides exactly the right nudges and surprises at the right times.
She laughed with me through the highs and sat with me in the mud through the lows. I found the courage to start living a more authentic life, in large part because she showed me what was possible. Alex does not impose her voice on you – she helps you find your own. All of her offerings - from breathwork to individual sessions to online programmes to medicine ceremonies and retreats – combine to form a tapestry of support for your own personal journey.
Thank you Alex – I will always be grateful, and look forward to connecting again in future!
With love - Wynand
