From the sacred temples of Ancient Egypt & the fertile waters of the Nile emerges the profound medicine path of the Blue Lotus. There are ancient myths surrounding this revered plant that opens initiates to expanded states of awareness and heart-centered consciousness. The Lotus grows in the mud, the dark, hidden parts, the rich soil of our human existence and blossoms in the sunshine, connecting us to soul, to the lightness of being allowing us to come into radiant expression of our full authentic selves.

WHAT TO EXPECT
EGYPTIAN MYSTERY TEACHINGS
Myths, stories & rituals rooted in Ancient Egyptian Mystery Teachings. Stories that awaken our memories and support us to walk home to who are really are.
TANTRIC TEACHINGS
We will be sharing Traditional Tantric teachings rooted non-duality and practices that support us to open & embrace our sensual selfs. The whole weekend will nourish & awakening our senses. Dropping deeper into our human bodies, awakening soul in the wonder of this ever present moment. We will take time to listen, to see, to smell, to feel, to allow. Rekindling these qualities of feminine energy that bring us much nurturing, ease & pleasure. Mantra, meditation, Tantric Yoga, Breathwork & Tandava (Ancient slow movement practice) are some of the practices that we will explore together.
Embodiment practices that support to prepare & ground our mystical experiences into daily life.

MEDICINE CEREMONY
We will be working with the Blue Lotus throughout the weekend.
On Saturday there will be a deeper Medicine ceremony. An invitation to journey with the Blue Lotus & sacred mushroom. A ceremony from Egyptian temple traditions that harmoniously complements the Blue Lotus.
Through personal consultation, we craft the perfect medicine dose for your unique path—from gentle exploration to profound hero's journey for those called deeper.

PRACTICALITIES
VENUE & FOOD
We have a beautiful Farmhouse immersed in nature, with vineyards & fireplace heated space for our to gather in. Good Luck Farmhouse is ideal for this small retreat to allow us space to drop in deep and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and our potent yet gentle work together.
All meals and drinks will be provided by a private chef with local nourishing ingredients.
We are a group of 6 people and 2 facilitators.
Each room hosts 2 people.
TIMING
Arrival : Friday 13 June - we start at 6:30pm with dinner.
Departure : Monday 16 June - Public holiday. We end after brunch, you are welcome to move slowly and leave when you desire.

A 50% deposit secures your place.
Deposit is not refundable unless the retreat is cancelled.
