Egypt is the seat of the Golden Age — known in one of my lineages as the power acupuncture point of the world. Ancient futuristic technology. Sovereignty. Remembrance. Heart-centred Power. Purity.
Tantra is a mystical body of work often felt as messy, taboo, & edgy precisely because of its power & it's deep simplicity (spoiler alert - it ain't got to do just with s4x). Actually it is SO MUCH MORE. In my life - when I came into contact with these wisdom teachings. I came to know my body as Divine, my Humanity as Holy and I went from Burn't out and sick AF - to aliveness, passion, purpose. This is why I teach this work because it is natural, easy, perceived as super exclusive & yet designed for everyone.

ANCIENT EGYPT MYSTERY TEACHINGS
Myths, stories & rituals rooted in Ancient Egyptian Mystery Teachings. Stories & archetypes that awaken our memories and support us to be more fully our WHOLE selves.
BODY AS AN ORACLE
Movement, breath, meditation, ancient texts - activate Embodied presence. Remembering the body as sacred - a portal of deep wisdom. Resourcing in our senses & sensuality as precious technology that we can activate to create a more harmonious existence, a life of more ease and pleasure, a co-creative dance - less force and push.
TANTRIC YOGA
A slow, deeply restorative and balancing practice of asana(posture) yoga. It is tri-doshic(Ayurvedic) balancing and wonderfully nourishing for the nervous system. Teaching us to relax whilst in action. It is through this that we drop from doing into being-ness - cultivating the art of receiving, allowing, surrendering.
BREATH TECHNIQUES
Various types of breathing practices and techniques to help you shift your energy levels & re-calibrate the nervous system.
Easy to apply daily techniques to longer practices. The breath is our fastest way to presence in the body. Our ultimate ally for survival too - imagine when we programme it towards Thriving :)
BLUE LOTUS, ROSE PLANT MEDICINE JOURNEY
Gentle use of these plant allies that work in subtle ways to shift your alchemy.
Ancient Egypt's heart medicine, the Blue Lotus awakens our deepest wisdom through expanded consciousness and lucid dreaming — opening doorways to profound states of clarity, presence and inner knowing.
A wise teacher plant, subtle & soft with an extremely high vibration. She opens the heart, soothes the nervous system and invites the soul to dream bigger. We will journey with her in various forms — in oil, tea and tincture. As our ally, she offers emotional harmony, mental clarity, pain relief and a deep sense of social connection and inner peace.
The Rose is one of the oldest sacred medicines on earth — a direct emissary of Venus, goddess of love, beauty and the sacred feminine. She teaches through paradox. Soft petals and sharp thorns. Exquisite beauty rooted in the capacity to protect. She shows us that tenderness and strength are not opposites — they are the same thing.
In shamanic traditions, the Rose opens the heart with fierce gentleness. She dissolves the armour we no longer need and invites us into a deeper relationship with our own beauty — not as performance, but as essence.

Sima Kade in Magaliesberg is in the Cradle of Mankind. A gorgeous setting, surrounded by nature, starry skies, lots of stillness and space to resource. PLUS sauna, fire places, lots of yummy cacao and tea x

TIMING
Arrival Friday 24 July from 2pm. We start together promptly at 6pm.
Ending Sunday 26 July around 3pm.
