ANCIENT EGYPT MYSTERY TEACHINGS
Myths, stories & rituals rooted in Ancient Egyptian Mystery Teachings. Stories & archetypes that awaken our memories and support us to be more fully our WHOLE selves.
TRADITIONAL TANTRA
Tantric wisdom helps us embrace the wholeness of our humanity & sensual selves. My lineage is taught only by women - we have innate wisdom that resides in our bodies - we will explore ancient practices that activate this & deepen your connection to your body & explore your sensual essence.
TANTRIC YOGA
A slow, deeply restorative and balancing practice of asana yoga. It is tri-doshic balancing and wonderfully nourishing for the nervous system. Teaching us to relax whilst in action. It is through this drop from doing into being-ness. It is from this place of openness that we are able to really receive & be present.
TANTRIC SHAMANIC BREATHWORK
Smooth, slow sense-full movement to activate the body, preparing every cell in your body to drink in the rich prana from the Breathwork. The Conscious Breathwork practice consists of active circular breathing and breath retention. A powerful combination to nourish, revive, and reconnect.
BLUE LOTUS, ROSE PLANT MEDICINE JOURNEY
Gentle use of these plant allies that work in subtle ways to shift your alchemy.
Ancient Egypt's heart medicine, the Blue Lotus awakens our deepest wisdom through expanded consciousness and lucid dreaming — opening doorways to profound states of clarity, presence and inner knowing.
A wise teacher plant, subtle & soft with an extremely high vibration. She opens the heart, soothes the nervous system and invites the soul to dream bigger. We will journey with her in various forms — in oil, tea and tincture. As our ally, she offers emotional harmony, mental clarity, pain relief and a deep sense of social connection and inner peace.
The Rose is one of the oldest sacred medicines on earth — a direct emissary of Venus, goddess of love, beauty and the sacred feminine. She teaches through paradox. Soft petals and sharp thorns. Exquisite beauty rooted in the capacity to protect. She shows us that tenderness and strength are not opposites — they are the same thing.
In shamanic traditions, the Rose opens the heart with fierce gentleness. She dissolves the armour we no longer need and invites us into a deeper relationship with our own beauty — not as performance, but as essence.

Arrival Friday from 2pm. We start together promptly at 6pm.
Ending Sunday 3pm.
