This will be a safe container for you to feel those parts within you desiring evolution. Beliefs, traumas, emotions, pains, stagnation and numb spaces that are ready to be transmuted into something that nourishes your soul, so you can show up in the world more as your Truth.

**Details** Sunday 5 July @ 11am Journey is 1,5 hours, but allow for integration and relaxation time after.
**Before & After** Please only have a light meal and be well hydrated. Give your nervous system support so that the energy can work its magic. Be in a space you can move and feel comfortable. I encourage a speaker for good sound.
Allow for integration time - meaning give your self permission to do whatever feeds you that day. You will also receive a mailer for afterwards.
