It can also offer you powerful release both emotional and/or physical. This is for anyone and everyone who wants to evolve. Those desiring a feeling of more connectedness with their Truth & Highest Heart.

This practice will meet you where you are. There is no need to do or be anything, come as you are in your perfection and allow the practice to assist you.
