A slow sensual movement practice & breathwork journey that takes you to deep within, allowing you to experience the freedom of your true unlimited nature. Activate your Kundalini, and surrender yourself to the ever expanding Cosmos. 

Join me for 2 hr session to expand into All That Is.

The breathwork practice consists of active breathing and breath retention. This releases the natural DMT within the body offering profound release, IN-sight and states of Bliss. It can also offer you powerful release both emotional and/or physical. This is for anyone and everyone who wants to evolve. Those desiring a feeling of more connectedness with their Truth & Highest Heart.

This practice will meet you where you are. There is no need to do or be anything, come as you are in your perfection and allow the practice to assist you.

What to bring: Comfortable mattress or yoga mat,  eye mask, and blanket.

Contraindications: This is a deep practice so take responsibility for your own health conditions. This practice is not advised for pregnancy, heart conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes or epilepsy.

**ABOUT ALEX **

I am an Alchemist.

A Shamanic body and energy worker, Tantrika, Yoga Teacher, Shadow Whisperer and Cosmic Language Channeler, working intuitively to meet each moment in full presence, surrendered to spirit.

I am passionate about embodying our true selves and creating Sanctuary in every moment. As an activated Soul, I work with transformation, igniting life force so that we can be Divine conduits for energy to flow freely. I have a powerful toolbox collected on my own path of healing and years of study all over the world.

I have explored a multitude of Breathwork techniques over the last years, and use them regularly in my private session work and own personal transformation practices. This offering is something very sacred to me, and draws from Breathwork modalities and Tantric practices close to my Highest Heart.

I offer private sessions which combine all my skills & experience, to work in alignment with the highest needs of the client in each moment. I also facilitate Tantric Temples, Shamanic Alchemy Journeys & Plant Medicine Ceremonies, as well as other group work. 

My purpose is to be of service to the path of evolution, and in everything I do I bring my full heart, surrendered to Spirit so that I may be of best service to your path.
